Inclusion criteria: First-year residents in clinical, surgical, radiotherapy and hematology oncology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: First-year residents who do not wish to participate in the survey

MeasureTime frame
The effectiveness of the program will be evaluated by the appropriate pain control and management of the cancer patients seen by these residents who have undergone the educational program intervention. The effectiveness of the program will be evaluated by the adequate control and management of pain in cancer patients treated by these residents who have undergone the intervention of the educational program. To demonstrate the impact of the educational program, a questionnaire will be applied to residents, consisting of questions about how much the program has helped in the conduct performed in clinical practice and contributing to a paradigm shift regarding the management of cancer pain. In addition, it will be computed how much these residents, through search, request the consultation team of Palliative Care of the Cancer Hospital of Barretos, evaluations for patients with uncontrolled pain.
