Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women between 20 and 40 years old; They must have complaints of nonspecific low back pain for more than 1 month; Do not practice any physical activity that favors the improvement of low back pain and / or flexibility (yoga, pilates, stretching classes); Accept to be part of the research by signing the free and informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have lower back pain for less than 1 month; Have any diagnosis of degenerative pathology in the lumbar spine/hip; Previous previous surgeries: such as hip prosthesis, fixation of vertebrae by means of metal plates and screws; Present sciatic nerve irradiation evaluated by Lasègue test Present associated pathologies, such as: inflammatory processes of the bursa and tendons; Have a congenital diseases; Having uncontrolled hypertension and thyroid disorders; Be pregnant; Diagnosis of neoplastic pathology.
