18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The general selection criteria for inclusion of all the research participants will be: age greater than or equal to 18 years old; be a smoker; be a volunteer candidate to join the Smoking Control Program of the Centro de Saúde Escola Germano Sinval Faria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those younger than 18 years old; those who are not smokers; those who are not volunteer candidates to join the Smoking Control Program of the Centro de Saúde Escola Germano Sinval Faria.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Increase in the number of smoking cessations over the 30-month period, verified by comparing difference in proportions in the two intervention groups.

Increase in the number of smoking relapses over the 30-month period, verified by comparing difference in proportions in the two intervention groups.
