Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HTLV carries with overactive bladder syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HIV, Hepatitis B or C infected patients; pacemaker patients; patients with diabetes mellitus; patients with neurological diseases (such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, neurological sequelae from stroke or trauma).

To analyze the responses to percutaneous electrostimulation of the posterior tibial nerve and parasacral region in HTLV-I seropositive patients with overactive bladder through structured questionnaires. Using the variation of OAB-q voiding symptom scores between the pre-stimulation moments and 4 weeks after the end of treatment in both methods, it is expected to find a 50% greater variation in patients undergoing parasacral percutaneous electrostimulation when compared to percutaneous electrostimulation of the posterior tibial nerve, with decreased scores in relation to the baseline.

Relate the data from the Urodynamic study with the clinical complaints of patients with overactive bladder and HTLV-I, analyzing the changes in the parameters after the application of electrostimulation. ;Improvement in urodynamic findings (increase in cystometric capacity, decrease in residual volume, decrease in maximum detrusor pressure, increase in urine volume, increase in maximum flow) is expected after percutaneous electrostimulation of the posterior tibial nerve and the parasacral region in relation to the baseline;Describe the profile of the Bristol scale in patients with overactive bladder and HTLV-I;Improvement of constipation is expected in patients with overactive bladder and HLTV-I, verified by the reduction of the PAC-SYM and PAC-QOL scores, after application of percutaneous electrostimulation
