Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be enrolled in the e-terapias Program; be an adult aged between 18 and 65 years; of either sex; be Brazilian; report insomnia on the e-terapias program registration form; be literate; be available to participate in the sessions; and report sleep-related complaints

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals under 18 years of age; those who reported no sleep problems; those unavailable to attend group sessions at the scheduled days and times; participants who initiated psychotherapy or started using psychotropic medications during the study

Observed outcome 1: A significant improvement in sleep quality was observed, verified using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), with a reduction in global scores in the intervention group from pre- to post-intervention (12.0 ± 3.7 vs. 8.5 ± 4.5), with a statistically significant difference (p < 0.05) and a large effect size (g = 0.85);Expected outcome 1: An improvement in sleep quality in adults with self-reported insomnia is expected, verified using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), based on the comparison of global scores before and after the intervention, with an expected reduction in scores following the intervention
