Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Athletes must be healthy, male ultramarathon runners, over 18 years old, participating in the Brazil 135 Ultramarathon race in the 217 km solo category, with previous experience in at least two other internationally recognized races. Support must be a pacer or coach who is closest to the athlete on a daily basis and who can influence the strategies that the athlete executes during the race
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Adults with motor or cognitive limitations that compromise the performance of the evaluations proposed in the study
