Interventions

Surgical correction of pilonidal cyst with complete excision in wedge and primary closure of the store by plans. In 10 patients a vacuum dressing for 7 days with a constant negative pressure of 125 mm

Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with primary or recurrent Pilonidal Cyst

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients using anti-coagulants or decompensated systemic disease

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To identify time of hospital stay in hours, evaluation of pain for grades 0 to 10 (none or unbearable respectively) at discharge and on the 7th postoperative day, time in days of complete healing of the surgical incision, comparing parameters in each of the groups.
