Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study participants were nursing professionals who work with adolescents and who wished to participate voluntarily, with time available to participate in the sessions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who present with allergies or hypersensitivity to the materials used, who discontinue therapy, and/or who fail to attend sessions will not be considered for sampling purposes
