Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy; sedentary; volunteers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological and cognitive impairment; cardiorespiratory diseases and history of joint and muscle injury in the last six months; muscle and joint injury; or absences during specific evaluations

MeasureTime frame
Up down hope test. The subject will be asked to raise and lower a 26 cm elevation at a pace chosen by him, but which corresponds to the description of the BORG scale, as "Slightly Tiring", which is equivalent to the numerical classification 13 and 14. The fatigue resistance test will be performed before the application of the Laser + LED Cluster, after 20 minutes, to check for immediate effect, and 24-48 hours from the intervention, to check for late effect
