Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: To be a first-semester student, regardless of age and gender; to have participated in the initial meeting; and to have signed the Informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Incomplete completion of the study instruments; being in psychological or psychiatric treatment concurrent with the study; prior diagnosis of mental disorder; continuous use of psychotropic drugs; interfering clinical conditions; adherence of less than 95% to the meetings
