Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Kidney transplant women between 14 and 49 years old; carry out follow-up at the Gynecology outpatient clinic of Santa Casa de Porto Alegre; desire for etonogestrel implant insertion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Kidney transplant less than 6 months ago; use of medroxyprogesterone in the last 6 months; patients in organ rejection

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate renal function, measured through the glomerular filtration rate (GFR), in kidney transplant recipients before and 12 months after using the etonogestrel implant.—

MeasureTime frame
Need for adjustment to immunosuppressive regimen, Need to start or adjust antihypertensive regimen, Graft infection, Graft rejection, Pregnancy, Discontinuation of the implant, Degree of satisfaction with the method.—
