Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy older adults; Age equal to or greater than 60 years; Residents of João Neiva, Espírito Santo, Brazil;Young adults; Age between 18 and 35 years; Healthy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Neurological diseases; Dependent gait; Altered cognitive functions; Depressive symptoms; Auditory or vestibular impairment; Inability to perform strength training
