Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age equal to or greater than 18 years old, with at least six months of practice with weekly training frequency equal to or greater than three days, and who have not suffered musculoskeletal injuries in the last three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Practitioners unable to perform the biomechanical tests, pregnant women, using a cardiac pacemaker, with cognitive impairment or who have undergone any surgical procedure in the last three months will be excluded.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Biomechanical assessment will be performed through tests that assess range of motion (ROM), strength, jump and balance. The range of motion will be assessed using the digital inclinometer, an instrument used to measure the inclination (in degrees) of surfaces, after being captured by gravity-sensitive sensors. To measure the ROM of the quadriceps, the individual is placed in the supine position, with 90 degrees of hip flexion, and the digital inclinometer is placed proximally and anteriorly on the leg, resting on the crest of the tibia. In order to measure the range of motion of the hamstrings, the individual is placed in the supine position, with the legs extended and the evaluated limb is lifted by the heel. The positioning of the instruments in relation to the segment was the same as the measures taken for knee flexion. Finally, to assess the range of motion of the gastrocnemius, the digital inclinometer is positioned 15 cm distally to the tibial tuberosity on the anterior edge of the tibia and the participant's foot is positioned perpendicular to the wall, using the hands in front for balance, with a tape metric placed on the floor, ensuring that the second toe and the center of the heel are aligned perpendicularly to the wall, the participant should be instructed to advance forward, placing the knee in contact with the wall and without removing the heel from the floor. Jump evaluation will be done through two tests, the Countermovment jump test used to assess the height or the number of jumps in order to measure the explosive power or strength of the lower limbs measured with the My Jump® mobile app. Participants will be instructed to perform a counter-movement jump as high as possible, with arm swings allowed, and which will be recorded using a cell phone. Three jumps will be performed, with a minimum interval of 30 seconds between them. The application has been validated and has adequate reliability (CCI = 0.99). Secondary

MeasureTime frame
In the secondary outcome, two scales will be applied. First, the Modified Borg's Subjective Effort Scale, in which each individual must respond about their subjective perception of effort. This scale is graded from 0-10 (0 = rested, 10 = maximum effort). And finally, the TEGNER Scale, which will be used to establish the level of sporting activity for each individual. With scores ranging from 0 to 10, where 0 indicates disability due to knee problems and 10 corresponds to participation in elite national and international competitive sports. A value equal to or greater than 5 will be established as the minimum level of sports participation, below this value, the individual is considered out of the practice of sports. Those who respond that they have returned must inform whether or not they returned at the level before the injury. Individuals who did not return will be asked about their intention to return.
