| It is expected to find that resistance exercise performed with a higher level of blood flow restriction promotes increased perception of effort and pain and reduced affective valence. Specific and validated visual scales will be used for these purposes. Measurements will be made at the end of each set of repetitions.;It is expected to find that resistance exercise performed with a higher level of blood flow restriction promotes increased lactate concentrations. For this, a drop of blood will be removed from the volunteer's finger and, later, it will be deposited on a tape inserted in a portable lactate analyzer. Measurements will be performed before and after the proposed exercise protocol.;It is expected that the resistance exercise performed with a higher level of blood flow restriction promotes higher levels of neuromuscular fatigue, determined by the performance of the vertical jump analyzed before and 1 and 5 minutes after the end of the protocol. The analyzes will be performed through an application developed for iOs and validated from the force platform. | — |
