Eligibility
Age
18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Young adults (18 to 40 years old); of both sexes; eupneic (respiratory rate > 10 breaths/minute); without diagnosis of mental disorders, cardiorespiratory and metabolic diseases, or cognitive deficit
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Raynaud's syndrome or hypersensitivity to cold; using drugs that may influence the cardiovascular response; who regularly perform breathing or meditative practices; athletes
