35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female volunteers; Age between 35 and 65 years, non-smokers; survivors of the treatment of malignant neoplasm of the breast.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers with neurological comorbidities; Limiting deficiency; Cancer recurrence or metastasis; Latex allergy; That are not available to participate in all stages of the study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Increase of at least 30% of the pelvic floor muscle function (MAP) evaluated by the perfect scheme is expected in the Strength, Endurance, Repetitions and Fast and Pressure Of MAP assessed by perineometry performed one week after the end of the intervention in women submitted to the exercise of the pilates method with supervision of the physiotherapist.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
An improvement in the quality of life and sexual function observed by the QLQ-30 and QLQBR23 and FSFI scores applied one week after the end of the intervention, respectively, in women submitted to the exercise of the pilates method supervised by the physiotherapist.
