Experimental group: 160 men, healthy young adults will participate in two meetings lasting two hours each. The meetings have a group format, interactive and dynamic, in which the subjects will perform

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men, university students, age between 18 and 30 years. Any color, race or ethnicity. Be regularly enrolled in the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF) campus Governador Valadares - MG. Accept participate voluntarily in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have any mental disorder, eating disorder or muscle dysmorphia. Request the termination of your participation through an express, free and clarified statement. Expressly request not to use your data.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find statistically significant reductions in the signs and symptoms of eating disorders, through the Eating Attitudes Test (EAT-26). We will look at the mean reductions in the total scale score, comparing the intervention and control group in four moments, baseline, post-intervention, four and 24 weeks).;We expect to find statistically significant reductions in the signs and symptoms of muscle dysmorphia using the Muscle Dysmorphic Disorder Inventory (MDDI). We will look at the mean reductions in the total scale score, comparing the intervention and control group in four moments (baseline, post-intervention, four and 24 weeks).
