Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Professionals of the nursing sector; both sexes; pain equal to or greater than four; age between 18 and 50 years; ability to perform exercises.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neurological, infectious and systemic diseases; Lower back pain; Pregnancy or suspected pregnancy; Professionals with a history of previous lumbar spine surgery; Present two consecutive faults or alternating tees; Any co-operative dysfunction or inability to respond to the questionnaires.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of back pain assessed through the Visual Analog Pain Scale (VAS) from preoperative to post intervention evaluations.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement of the level of functionality by reducing the scores of the functional questionnaire of Roland Morris and Oswestry before and after intervention.
