Age
20 Years to 49 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men and women, aged between 20 and 49 years old; body mass index between 18,5 e 24,9 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Illiterate individuals; those with a history of food allergies, chronic diseases, especially liver diseases, inflammatory bowel diseases, lactose intolerance; smokers; alcoholics; pregnant or breastfeeding women; people who had difficulty swallowing capsules; those who have recently used and/or routinely use medications and/or nutritional supplements; those who have used antibiotics in the last 3 months and those who routinely use probiotics

MeasureTime frame
An association is expected between the urinary concentration of phenolic metabolites derived from ellagitannins, isoflavones, and lignans, and indicators of body adiposity, especially body fat percentage assessed by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry
