Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in the level of Neuroticism: it is expected that the Neuroticism score on the Neo Pi Personality Inventory. After the intervention, at the third collection, the Neuroticism T score on the NEO PI-R is expected to be between 45 and 56.;Reduction in anxiety symptoms, assessed using the Beck Anxiety Scale. It is expected that the anxiety score in the third evaluation (immediately after the intervention) will be lower than 25. ;Reduction in symptoms of depression, assessed using the Beck Depression Scale. It is expected that the depression score in the third evaluation (after the intervention) will be less than 30.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that the personality traits identified in the first assessment as candidates for change, i.e. for increase or decrease, and which were the subject of the sessions, will appear more adjusted in the third assessment. It is hoped that the traits that required reduction or increase will result in scores between T 45 and 56 on the Neo Pi -R personality test in the third assessment. This outcome is individual, which means that each participant will have a goal (increase or decrease) specific to their profile. ;It is expected that the changes in personality, assessed with the Neo Pi-R test, identified in Collection 3, will also be maintained in Collection 4, approximately three months after the intervention. The degree of test-retest correlation between the five major personality factors in Collection 3 and 4 is expected to result in a moderate or high effect size, with values greater than 0.50.
