Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 10-13 years; Female gender; Tosign the informed Consent Form (ICF)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: sequel of orthopedic, rheumatic or neurological disease; use of prosthetic limbs; pain during practice of physical activities

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary clinical outcomes will be increased flexibility in the lumbar and pelvic joints. Flexibility will be measured by photogrammetry (SAPO software) and the joint flexibility reference will be 90º; test fingertip-to-floor the reference is up to 10 cm from the floor and the sit-to- reach test in which the reference is 23.5 cm.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary clinical outcomes will be the improvement in body posture. Postural evaluation of all participants will be done by the postural evaluation software - SAPO at the beginning of the study, measure 1 and measure 2, at the end, 10 weeks after the body practices. The SAPO software presents references of measures of body posture.
