Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Older; aged 60-80 years; with osteoporosis diagnosed by bone densitometry examination considering T-Score:equal or less than -2.5 SD; physically active acording to IPAQ which considered moderate and vigorous activities daily and weekly according to 8 answer questions; no pain; no fracture; no severe soft tissue injury in the six months preceding the study; no neurological changes; no cardiovascular changes; no respiratory changes; score upper to 18 points in Mini-Mental State test which considers that guidance notions, immediate memory, attention and calculation, recall and language.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: pain, fractures or severe soft tissue injury in the 6 months preceding the study, and neurological, cardiovascular or respiratory diseases.
