Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Professionals from the primary health care unit; age over 18 years; both genders; participants selected through voluntary registration in the "well-being circle" group; availability to participate in the 8 weekly sessions; signing of the informed consent form (ICF)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical leave or vacation during the period; presence of skin lesions or inflammation in the auricle; use of non-removable internal hearing aids; known intolerance to adhesives or materials used (such as allergy to the seed adhesive); marked sensitivity to digital pressure or intense pain in the auricle; pregnant women of any gestational age; attendance of less than 50% of sessions

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effect of standardized auriculotherapy on burnout levels in primary healthcare professionals, analyzing its association with symptoms of anxiety and depression and its implications for Occupational Risk Management.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Compare the variation in burnout levels between the experimental (AE) and control (ANE) groups, before and after the intervention, using the MBI-HSS. Evaluate the variation in anxiety and depression levels between the groups, using the HADS-14 scale. Characterize the sociodemographic and occupational profile of the participants. Analyze the association between sociodemographic variables and levels of burnout, anxiety, and depression. Evaluate participant adherence and satisfaction in both groups in relation to the intervention. Describe the professionals' perception of auriculotherapy as a strategy for mental health care at work. Analyze the potential of standardized auriculotherapy as an integrative strategy within the scope of Occupational Risk Management (ORM).
