Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years old; ASA I; who present vertically fractured teeth; penetrating cavities; coronary fracture; teeth with periodontal disease Stage III and IV degree B,C; alveoli are more than 3mm deep.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Systemically compromised patients; minors; patients with any contraindication to surgery; patients who do not want to participate in the study.

Alveolar preservation is a method to reduce bone resorption after extraction and thus facilitate dental implant placement. The use of various regenerative materials is common to reduce collapse since the reduction of the alveolar ridge after average dental extraction occurs in 1.24 mm vertically and 3.74 mm horizontally in the first 6 months. After performing bone regeneration with autologous dentin material, it is expected that by measuring the housfield degrees, comparing the findings of the initial tomography and the second tomography performed at six months, the changes made in said processes in each study group comparing it with the control group, this would be done in April-June 2022

After performing bone regeneration with autologous dentin material, it is expected that through the performance of an analysis Histomorphometry allows the quantitative assessment of bone tissue by counting and measuring microstructural variables; In this way, information about bone turnover (remodeling), microarchitecture and dynamic and static cell activity can be obtained, this would be done in April-June 2022
