Age
18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals of both sexes, aged 18 or older, presenting with physical and/or cognitive decline confirmed by computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and specialist reports; must be capable of following the intervention protocol and have signed the previously provided Informed Consent Form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who present severe cognitive impairment; orthopedic conditions that prevent participation in the games; pre-existing visual disorders or other health conditions not covered by the inclusion criteria; participants who, after the start of the intervention protocol, choose to withdraw from the study or develop any health conditions that may interfere with the research results

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Expected outcome 1: A clinically significant improvement in participants' functional balance and mobility is expected after the intervention, verified through an increase in the Berg Balance Scale (BBS) score between pre- and post-intervention measurements.

Secondary

Expected outcome 2: Improvement or maintenance is expected in functional balance, aerobic capacity/gait, attention/executive function, and working memory. Assessed by: Balance - Berg Balance Scale; aerobic capacity/gait - 6-Minute Walk Test (6MWT); attention/executive function - Trail Making Test part A (TMT-A); working memory - Digit Span.
