Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Were considered as inclusion criteria: gilts; aged over 18 years ; the absence of gestational complications described by the medical follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria will be considered: multiple pregnancy; presence of chronic low back pain and / or urinary incontinence prior; inability to perform physical exercises by the presence of neurological or musculoskeletal.

Capacity of pelvic floor muscles contraction, assessed by digital palpation. urinary ;Quality of life, assessed using WHOQOL questionnaire. ;Urinary loss and urinary frequency during the day and night, assessed using voiding diary. ;Degree of functional disability related to low back pain, assessed using Oswestry Questionnaire.
