Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age above 60 years; both sexes; under medication treatment of the depressive disorder; complaints of sleep disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemodynamic instability; severe cognitive impairment.
