Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with genital prolapse; Stage two, three and four prolap; to be using vaginal pessary

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: hormone dependent neoplasms; Not accepting to participate in the study

MeasureTime frame
Expected outcome 1: decrease the incidence of complications such as ulcers by the administration of local estrogen, which is a complication related to the use of the pessary. To verify this complication will be through physical examination (gynecological exam).;The group that used local estrogen had fewer complications, such as ulcers and bacterial vaginosis seen on gynecological examination.

Expected outcome: increase the complaint of vaginal discharge in the estrogen group. this complaint will be verified in the of evaluation form, physical examination.;Expected outcome: increase the complaint of vaginal discharge in the estrogen group. this complaint will be verified in the of evaluation form, physical examination.;Expected outcome: lower amount of leukocytes in women using estrogen. Data will be obtained by collecting vaginal secretion (bacteroscopy).;The increase in discharge was seen in both groups, with no significant difference. the presence of bacterial vaginosis was higher in the control group. And the number of leukocytes was similar between groups.
