Twelve participants with progressive keratoconus who underwent Crosslinking were selected, of both sexes, aged 10 to 40 years. Thirty minutes before the start of the procedure, 1% pilocarpine eye drop

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Twelve participants with progressive keratoconus who underwent Crosslinking were selected, of both sexes, aged 10 to 40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intellectual inability to answer the questionnaire applied in the postoperative period. Allergy to the drug Gabapentin.

expected outcome 1: Gabapentin is expected to be effective in postoperative pain control after corneal CXL (fast - 10 minutes) compared to placebo.;Outcome presented 1: It was observed that gabapentin did not demonstrate efficacy in pain control in the postoperative period after corneal CXL (fast - 10 minutes) compared to placebo.
