Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being female, healthy, physically active, aged between 18 and 30 years, body mass index (BMI) between 20 and 25 kg / m², with range of motion and knee function preserved, free from orthopedic diseases, pulmonary, cardiovascular, immune, and metabolic or chronic.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age above 30 years. Male.
