Interventions

This is a clinical study with a single arm. A single group of 100 women with complaints of urinary incontinence will receive guidance on daily behavioral therapy. They will be educated on health topic

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women; aged 18 years or older; literate; with complaints of urinary incontinence; who agreed to participate in the research and signed the Free and Informed Consent Form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who present neurological or cognitive alterations that prevent understanding of the questionnaires and instructions; neurogenic bladder; ongoing pregnancy

To evaluate the impact of behavioral therapy on urinary symptoms and quality of life of women with urinary incontinence

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare urinary frequency, the number of urgency episodes, the number of episodes of stress and urgency urinary incontinence, nocturia, and enuresis before and after behavioral therapy. To evaluate the treatment adherence rate
