The criterion of inclusion of the patient will be the presence of at least two erosive lesions, located on the palatine or lingual surface of homologous teeth with pulp vitality. The teeth should have a positive response to the thermal test performed with Endofrost (Roeko, Langenau, Germany).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Will be excluded from the research the patients who present teeth with pain and / or spontaneous sensitivity, fistula and / or edema

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
90% increased longevity of restorations in the experimental group (with 2.5% biomodifier) compared to the control group (without 2.5% biomodifier) over 6 months through clinical and photographic analysis using USPHS criteria modified with Alpha score.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Restoration failure rate of experimental (2.5% biomodifier) and control (without 2.5% biomodifier) restorations based on clinical and photographic criteria evaluated with Charlie score over 7 days (baseline), 3 months and 6 months.
