The intervention will be done through a Pilates exercise program: after valued, older GE (experimental group, n = 12) will be invited to participate in a Pilates exercise program, which will be held 5
emphasizing the paraspinal muscles, abdominal and lower limbs.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 60 and 69 years old; female; be sedentary. Size of the target sample: 24
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Being a smoker; have serious neurological and musculoskeletal disorders
