Twenty patients will be involved in this study, who will undergo extraction of the 4 third molars that will be treated as follows in a split mouth model: Upper molars: Test side will be treated filled

Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 18 years of age; presence of good oral hygiene (plaque index <20%); presence of the four third molars; and indication for dental extraction of all third molars

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with periodontal disease; patients with systemic diseases or conditions or who use drugs that alter bone metabolism; decompensated diabetics; pregnant or lactating women, heavy smokers; presence of metallic artifacts that hinder tomographic analysis; presence of periapical lesions

Primary

Bone formation in the post-extraction sockets that will be assessed by tomographic analysis.

Healing, pain, and edema that will be assessed by clinical analyses.
