Design outcomes
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Secondary outcome: Due to interindividual variability, it was observed that there is a difference in the excretion of flavonoids present in the urine, even in individuals with the same nutritional diagnosis. | — |
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Primary outcome: It is expected that lean individuals will be able to excrete more flavonoids in the urine than obese individuals, since the metabolism of flavonoids specific for orange juice is dependent on the intestinal microbiota and that probably obese individuals may present with dysbiosis, hindering the metabolism of these flavonoids. | — |
