This will be a randomised controlled feasibility trial conducted with 150 community health workers (CHWs) from 14 primary care units (PCUs) in São Paulo, Brazil. PCUs will be randomly allocated (1:1)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community health workers; working in the primary care units of São José dos Campos city

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Working as a community health workers for less than 3 months

Evaluate the feasibility of the intervention based on qualitative interviews and self-administered questionnaires.

Evaluate measures of stigma related to dementia using self-administered questionnaires (pre and post intervention).
