Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged between 18 and 60 years old; who present symptoms of anxiety; have internet access; and agree to participate in the research by signing the Informed Consent Form; without restrictions regarding race, gender and sexual orientation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants not meeting the inclusion criteria; with a history of severe mental disorders (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder); currently undergoing psychotherapeutic treatment at the time of study inclusion; illiterate individuals; experiencing communication difficulties that compromise the understanding of the proposed interventions; engaging in abusive use of psychoactive substances

MeasureTime frame
The primary objective of this study is to quantify, using the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), the potential reductions in anxiety levels after 2 weeks and 2 months of intervention, compared to the baseline period (pre-intervention), for each of the interventions (psychotherapeutic and psychoeducational), and subsequently compare them at the analyzed time points.
