Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Over or equal to eighteen years. Residents in the municipality of Botucatu during the year. Interned for the specialties General Medical Clinic and Surgical Gastroenterology.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children under eighteen. Residence outside the municipality of Botucatu. Patients of other specialties and hospital network.
