Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers; both genders; physically active; age between 18 and 30 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Musculoskeletal pain or discomfort; unavailability of time; training frequency less than 75%

It is expected to find that the practice of Parkour may represent effects similar to plyometric training on biomechanical outcome measures, reflecting in optimization of muscle activations and in better kinematic patterns of movement after the intervention.
