Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Workers who participate in Labor Gymnastics activities; do not have physical limitations that prevent them from carrying out the tests

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants under 18 years of age; who are pregnant; those who did not carry out all the collection stages

It is expected that the practice of physical exercise in the workplace will improve the health parameters of workers

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find positive effects on the functional capacity of workers after 18 weeks of intervention with workplace gymnastics
