Age
18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 50 years; sign the Informed Consent Form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of disease of cardiovascular origin; neurological or auditory disease; cleft lips and/or palate; facial or rib fractures; upper airway obstruction at the time of collection; severe kidney disorders; untreated pneumothorax; being a smoker; having performed previous speech therapy; not completing all stages of the study

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the changes in the voice acoustic variables: number of harmonics, fundamental frequency (F0), noise, glottal to noise excitation (GNE), Jitter and Shimmer, Cepstral Peak Prominence (CPP), and Cepstral Peak Prominence-Smoothed (CPPs), through acoustic voice analysis, based on voice recording, at the moments before and after exercise.;To evaluate the changes in the self-perception of vocal discomfort, measured using a numerical visual scale, based on the participant's report, at the moments before and after exercise.;To evaluate the changes in the auditory-perceptual assessment of the voice, through voice analysis by three expert speech therapists, based on the voice recording, at the moments before and after exercise.
