Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Postmenopausal women; age >45 years; last menstrual period =12 months ago; history of breast cancer; duration of treatment =5 years; similar treatments received (surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, use of tamoxifen); follow-up at the Gynecology Outpatient Clinic of the Federal University of Triângulo Mineiro; moderate or high fatigue (=4/10 on the Brief Fatigue Inventory); ability to perform physical exercise (assessed by the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire); availability to participate in training and assessments at pre-established times
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous practice of resistance exercises or similar; vegetarian diet; smoking; presence of cardiovascular diseases; presence of respiratory diseases; presence of musculoskeletal diseases that contraindicate physical exercise; excessive alcohol consumption; use of immunosuppressive or anti-inflammatory medications in the last 4 weeks
