Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being between 20 and 50 years old; Availability to participate in data collection; Not having muscle damage in the muscle being evaluated; freely consent to their participation by signing the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed with joint and/or muscle disorders

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the movement of the superficial and deep fascia of the vastus lateralis, through the evaluation of the displacement of the fascicle with ultrasound images. The measurement will be performed in the superficial fascia, between the subcutaneous tissue and the vastus lateralis muscle, and in the deep fascia, between the vastus lateralis and vastus intermediary muscles. The differences between the distances (post - pre) in the superficial and deep layers will be considered the fascial movement. The main effects of treatment within and between groups will be assessed using mixed model statistics (time [pre vs. post] x 2 groups [25 Hz vs. 52 Hz]). We will consider that there was a fascial movement when p <0.05.
