This project will be divided into 3 studies with the participation of 90 patients. The studies will be double-blind, randomized, parallel, with 6 arms. In study 1, 30 patients will be allocated into t

Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ages between 18 and 70; patients who requiring dental implants to replace one or more teeth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are heavy smokers (More than 20 cigarettes per day); patients with uncontrolled diabetes (glycated hemoglobin above 8%); patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; who do not agree to return for follow-u; and who have used corticosteroids; chemotherapy; and immunomodulators in the last 3 months

MeasureTime frame
The primary variable in this study will be the evaluation of peri-implant healing using the MAPS score. It is expected that patients using the green tea and hyaluronic acid gel and mouthwash will show less than a 10% difference in the analysis of tissue healing around dental implants using the MAPS score compared to patients using chlorhexidine-based mouthwashes and gels

Patients using green tea and hyaluronic acid gel and mouthwash will experience less than a 10% difference in edema, pain, burning, trismus, sensitivity, daily function, chewing, swallowing, taste, smell, taste alteration, and pigmentation, as assessed by the VAS scale, compared to patients using chlorhexidine-based mouthwashes and gels;Patients using green tea and hyaluronic acid gel and mouthwash will have less than a 10% difference in the assessment of biological markers of inflammation as evaluated by the ELISA test compared to patients using chlorhexidine-based mouthwashes and gels.
