| It is expected to find in the present study results of serum levels of anti- and pro-inflammatory cytokines compatible with the Inflammatory Index of the Diet, according to the food profile of the target population. That is, it is expected that from the sample calculation (107) we can find, respectively, 70 to 80% of the high inflammatory profile (in levels of interleukins) and high consumption of foods with inflammatory potential. As well as inversely proportional results (low levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines and high consumption of foods with antioxidant potential). | — |
