Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that Respiratory Muscle Training will result in an increase in maximal respiratory strength (maximal inspiratory pressure and maximal expiratory pressure), measured by a manovacuometer, after 6 weeks of intervention, compared to the group performing only CrossFit training

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that Respiratory Muscle Training will result in improved physical performance in the specific CrossFit test, measured by the maximum number of repetitions in the 12-minute “as many repetitions as possible” protocol, after 6 weeks of intervention, compared to the group performing only CrossFit training
