Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy menopausal women; with or without an active sex life; complaints related to genitourinary atrophy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Oncotic cytology with atypical cells precursors to cervical cancer; use of hormone therapy in the last 6 months (topical or systemic); use of vaginal lubricants or moisturizers in the last month; active genital infections

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvements in pH (decrease), microbiome (increase in lactobacilli), hormonal cytology (improvement in maturation index), and increased vaginal tissue thickness are expected in menopausal women after the use of microablative radiofrequency and CO2 laser, compared to vaginal estrogen

An improvement in the FSFI (female sexual function index) is expected in menopausal women after the use of microablative radiofrequency and CO2 laser, compared to vaginal estrogen
