Age
45 Years to 63 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals aged 45 to 64 years; physically active.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with cardiometabolic, renal, and pulmonary diseases; Individuals with orthopedic or neurological limitations.
