Interventions

The study will consist of 2 groups of 220 individuals each, intervention and control, randomized with a uniform presentation of the elements (1:1). The intervention group will be exposed, via the REDC

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults residing in Brazil; aged 18 years old or over; able to speak Portuguese; know how to read and understand reading in the Portuguese language; have access to the internet.

Beliefs and attitudes about low back pain (Time frame: before the intervention, immediately after the intervention and 8 weeks after the intervention): Back Pain Attitudes Questionnaire in its Brazilian version, with 34 items and scores range from -68 to 68, where negative scores corresponding to unhelpful beliefs while positive scores corresponding to helpful beliefs.

Electronic literacy in health (Time frame: before the intervention): The eHealth Literacy Scale with 8 items and scores range from 8 to 40, where the higher the score, the better the electronic literacy in health. ;Self-efficacy for pain (Time frame: before the intervention, immediately after the intervention and 8 weeks after the intervention, in participants that experienced pain in last week or last year): Pain Self-Efficacy Questionnaire with 10 items and scores range from 0 to 60, where the higher the score, the better the self-efficacy.
