Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| the combined training session within the interference zone is expected to generate higher post-exercise oxygen consumption than the session outside the interference zone | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| it is expected to find differences between training sessions within the interference zone and outside the interference zone in relation to the heart rates found in each session, measured using a heart rate monitor;it is expected to find differences between training sessions within the interference zone and outside the interference zone in relation to the internal load of each session, measured through a subjective scale of perceived exertion | — |
